May Classes Are Here!

Visit our website to sign up for May classes. There are a host of patterns and techniques to learn. You may even want to grab a friend (or your mom...in honor of Mothers' Day) and learn how to make a snazzy beaded knit bracelet. We are also offering a fun knit-along in May - make that a Cookie-A-Along. Choose a Cookie A. sock pattern and join us for two Saturday mornings. Be sure to check out the new Cookie A. book in the shop and all the delicious sock yarn making its way onto the shelves.

The Knit Kit Is Here!

The Knit Kit arrived at the shop yesterday! If you are looking for a way to keep all your knitting tools organized, this might be it.
It contains a crochet hook for picking up dropped stitches, a yarn cutter, a clicking stitch counter, tape measure and a small door on the back that contains point protectors, stitch markers and a scissors.
Keep all these things in one spot and never have to fumble at the bottom of your bag again!

The three footer and I were playing baseball in the backyard today as his brother looked on from his seat in the stroller. Chasing after balls all over allowed me to see these... Looks like I won't have to replant parsley this year!

My sister gave me these snowdrops last year. So beatiful and petite!

This is my great-grandmother's peony bush. Each year I hold my breath until it appears!
